Western Center on Law & Poverty, (Western Center on Law & Poverty) a non-profit law firm focused on advocating for Californians experiencing poverty, is pleased to offer two paid summer law clerk positions with possible remote option. Through the lens of racial justice, Western Center litigates, educates, and advocates around health care, housing, and public benefits policies and administration. We're looking for applicants with a commitment to anti-poverty advocacy and racial justice, proficiency in legal and policy research, and strong critical thinking skills. Applications will be accepted until February 15, 2025.

Compensation will be approximately $7,000.
