Class of 1977
Mick commenced his own practice of law here in Fresno on the very day he was sworn into the bar in December of 1977. Since then he has focused his practice on civil litigation and has tried over 100 jury trials for both plaintiffs and defendants in both state and federal court. His practice is focused on “complex civil actions” that involve many unique and complex areas of law including environmental, inverse condemnation and intellectual property cases among many others. He is the senior partner in the firm of Marderosian, Runyon, Cercone, Lehman & Armo whose beautiful office is located in downtown Fresno. Mick is an active litigator who is a passionate defender of the jury system and public access to it.
Mick has been married to Lorie for 35 years. They have two sons who live in Los Angeles. Mick’s wife is an interior decorator; she decorated the firm’s new offices in downtown Fresno.
Mick is a proud member of the American College of Trial Lawyers and American Board of Trial Advocates. He is also a member of the California, Washington, D.C. and State of Washington bar associations. Mick is also the only SJCL graduate to be inducted into the American College of Trial Lawyers. Less than 1% of attorneys in America are invited into this prestigious organization.
Mick enjoys music and reading the biographies of musical artists and song writers. He has been active as a building owner in the further development of downtown Fresno.
