Tobin Lucks LLP is a firm specializing in the defense of municipalities, insurance companies and 3rd party administrators in Worker's Compensation claims throughout the state of California. We are looking for associates with or without (training provided) experience in the CA State Worker's Compensation system. We do one thing, and one thing only, defend Worker's Compensation cases with zealous advocacy. Initially this would be an in – office position with the possibility of fully remote or hybrid.
We offer competitive salaries (range – $95,000- $175,000) commensurate upon experience, with the possibility of other subjective/objective bonuses. Our benefits package includes a 401(k) plan, a generous PTO (paid time off) policy as well as health, dental, vision, life and long-term care insurance.
We are looking for candidates that have strong communication, litigation and writing skills, and of course, that they be in good standing with the California Bar Association.
