Professor Nelson is a partner at Sierra IP Law, PC which specializes in patent, trademark, copyright, unfair competition and related matters. He is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association, the Intellectual Property Law Section of the American Bar Association, and the Patent, Trademark & Copyright and Business Law sections of the State Bar of California.
