Professor Coffman is a career law clerk/staff attorney with the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, where she has supported District Judges Oliver W. Wanger, Lawrence J. O'Neill, and Dale A Drozd. Previously, she clerked for District Judge James Robertson in the District of Columbia. Although she has wide-ranging experience reflecting the breadth of topics that come before the federal district courts, she has developed particular expertise in environmental, water, and administrative law. She also holds a bachelor's degree in environmental science and public policy.
