Requirements

  • MUST be licensed to practice law in the state of California and be in good standing with the California State Bar
  • At least one year of workers’ compensation experience is preferred.  However, we are willing to train the right candidate from the ground-up.
  • Must be self-motivated and organized
  • Must have the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively both in writing and verbally
  • Must be client-oriented and responsive

Salary Range (approximate):  $85,000 - $195,000 base salary, DOE – this range does not include signing bonus or billing bonuses (range is not concrete and all salaries are negotiable depending on experience and various other factors)
